If you research the market (commercial real estate market) carefully, you can watch a migration…. a movement. This is a very important transition that can be seen in most market cycles as asset prices plummet. With the prediction of commercial real estate prices to fall, the “experienced” and savvy investor is peeking over the fence seeking “vulture” deals. While the amateur investor is dumping and fleeing (and saying “real estate investing is a bad investment”). Throw in the migration of investors to short-sale investing…..and the feeding frenzy is on!
